Internet Marketing Brainstorming!

Ok so I’m taking a short break from macros and gearing up for my most successful strategy – blogs.

I have always done well with blogs, especially wordpress blogs like this one….

So, I’ve been posting with RSS To Blog forever, and it has paid for itself several times over…but I got bored because of the many steps it took. Well now I have macros so that shouldn’t be a problem right? Well……Michelle the creator has now created a new versio. Hmmm. Rss to Blog’s flaw was that it would only allow you to set up one blog at a time….

So I got SEO Blog Builder. Which is tha shiznit! Long learning curve, but once you get it, fast to set up & use. So, I use that for blog farms…..
Then I guess Michelle got wind of it & decided to upgrade RSS TO Blog. Now it does the same as SEO Blog Builder, and maybe more. The features are absolutley identical with some slight differences. As a poster they are now both feature rich especially considering you can post to multiple blogs now with RSS2B.

However, what has gotten me most exited is the other app she’s releasing called RSS To Blog Mass Installer (RSS2BMI). This apparently mass nstalls both blogger AND Wordpress blogs AND automatically sets up the postings for them. That’s all I needed tohear. I’m getting it :-)

It solves the hardest parts of the autoblogging process; setups. I was of course geting ready to use macros to do it, but RSS2BMI will do the setup AND posting. Can’t ask for more. But it’s a separate application, in addition to RSS2B. However, I will be getting it and using macros to set up multiple profiles quickly if I need to :-D

Here’s part of an email I sent to a fellow marketer about blogging for money:

I make most of my money with PPC….throught clickbank, although they are having problems lately which they never admit to…pisses me off. So I also do some PPC for CJ, which never has problems.

I make so little with adsense..I make maybe $150 a month, but that includes pages I send with PPC..strictly from SE’s probably about $35 a month.

I think I’m in the midst of “discovering” the “secret” to getting lots of traffic. I never really believed the money was in having a great template…I think all the templates I’ve seen make enough CTR to make them profitable IF………theres enough TRAFFIC.

I think the ‘real’ issue is getting the traffic. You hit on something with blogger blogs…at a time when everyone has abandoned them because google’s cracking down. Thats probably a good reason to start using them cos no one else will….interestingly, many ‘big’ marketers use blogger blogs.

I think the reason they do well is this….all their blogs link to each other….I am COVINCED that is the secret……..why? the RSS To Blog booklet, you’ll see the thing about ‘blog-clusters’…Lightbulb…everyone who has a blogger blog links to ALL their blogger blogs in every template….= power linking = higher ranking = much more traffic. The booklet uses blogger as an example but tells you to link blogs on one site.

So I did it on 3 new domains using wordpress. My newest projects…guess what…. in less than 2 weeks, these blog cluster sites are getting more traffic daily than all the other 20 blogs I have setup…combined. HUGE lightbulb…….the only difference is…blog-clusters. Everything else is set up pretty much the same, but the impressions are much higher for the 3 blog-cluster sites. Its gotten me exited, so I’m trying to come up with a way to build them quicker..(it is tedious to do 12 blogs on the same site). I’m also throwing blogger into the mix, doing the same thing,….I am working on linking wordpress to blogger as well to create an “avalanche of links” lol. Try that out also.

Hmm made a tad over $400 net yesterday, and today looks just as good, maybe better.

I love having some PPC stuff on autopilot while concentrate on setting up more stuff.

So,….Today i submit my blogs to directories, get link, to my yahoo home page, google home page& blog directories….

= the final step of blog cluster creation.

This is where I am learning so much, but getting frustrated,

My new project…blogging for dollars….

1. Create blog-clusters (if you dont know what this is, its a LOT of wor & you’ll learn mor ewith the free report you get when you buy RSS2B – my new favorite tool)
2. Configure the Blogs en-masse (with this tool)
3. Place adsense on them, OR adsense + ONE affilliate offer depending on the keyword & a few other things
4. LINK those blogs (Linkwit)
5. Blog & Ping with RSS2B
6. Multiply the process: Submit ALL Blogs & get some links….& many ’secret’ links ;-)

Rinse repeat…goal is to get VOLUMES of blogs, with VOLUMES of links.

Easy to say, hard to do…Automation is a must.

Open up the “header.php” file in wordpress and add the following BETWEEN the tags that google adsense shows here: Adsense Tags

(meta name=”keywords” content=”< ?php bloginfo('name'); ?>”
(meta name=”description” content=”< ?php bloginfo('description'); ?>”

[**NOTE: above, make sure the "(" sign right before the "meta" is actually the "<" sign - I had to do it that way to get the post to show up...]

This accomplishes 2 things:

1) Better targeting for adsense on your blogs.
2) It save you from having to manuall go back to input meta tags for the search engines (SEO)
3) I lied…one more thing ;-) It helps you set up blogs quicker…Use the same infor i.e. save templates, and you’ll be able to upload & forget about it while focusing on creating more blogs.
