Moving Hosts Is An Ass Pain

Why do people who have no clue what they are doing have hosting companies?
I decided to move to a new host, and they are quick to respond but dumb as shit. WTF?

Anyone know a good reliable webhost with VPS that actualy knows how to handle MYSQL and php (WordPress Plugin) issues???
